Our services are designed to provide the image you want your customer-facing staff to project. These might include language, grooming, appearance, dress, behavior, table manners and other social and business etiquette skills appropriate to your line of business.
Typically, we conduct a half-day, highly interactive session with a small group (ideally 5 - 10) of your selected personnel. We also provide individual coaching. All sessions are held offsite and are considered confidential.
